These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website at magnusinterglobe.com and any subdomain (the "Site"), operated by Magnus InterGlobe ("Magnus InterGlobe", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or browsing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is intended for use by adults acting in a business capacity - procurement, R&D, quality, regulatory, and supply-chain professionals evaluating food-grade gelatin. It is not intended for consumers.
Purpose of the Site
An informational shop window.
The Site provides general information about Magnus InterGlobe, our exclusive United States distribution arrangement with Tianran Biotech (U) Ltd, our product catalog of bovine skin gelatin, the Jinja, Uganda manufacturing process, and how to reach us. The Site is informational; it is not a transactional or e-commerce platform.
Not an offer to sell
Specifications and statements on the Site are descriptive only.
Product specifications, bloom strength ranges, mesh sizes, certifications, and lead times described on the Site are typical and indicative. They do not constitute an offer to sell, a contractual warranty, or a guarantee of availability at any given price or date.
Binding commercial terms - including price, quantity, specification, lead time, payment terms, INCOTERMS, certifications, and indemnities - are set out in a separate written quotation, purchase order, or supply agreement executed by Magnus InterGlobe. If there is any conflict between this Site and an executed agreement, the executed agreement controls.
Plain English: Browsing this site does not create a sales contract. To buy, you need a written quote or supply agreement from us.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site belongs to its owners.
All content on the Site - including text, photographs, illustrations, the "Magnus InterGlobe" name and logo, the Tianran Biotech name as used on the Site under licence, page layouts, design elements, source code, and structured-data markup - is the property of Magnus InterGlobe or our licensors, and is protected by United States and international intellectual-property laws.
You may view the Site, print individual pages for legitimate business evaluation, and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, scrape at industrial scale, republish, or use any part of the Site to train a commercial product, without our prior written consent.
Permitted & prohibited use
Use the Site in good faith.
When using the Site, you agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information through the inquiry form
- Use the Site to send unsolicited commercial communications, malware, or spam to Magnus InterGlobe

We use reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and up to date. Regulations, certifications, and specifications can change. The authoritative reference for any given lot of gelatin is the lot-specific Certificate of Analysis and any executed supply agreement, not this Site. If you need to make a decision that depends on a fact stated on the Site, please confirm it with us in writing.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided "as is."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and its content are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. Magnus InterGlobe specifically disclaims all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability with respect to the Site itself.
For the avoidance of doubt, product warranties - including conformity to the lot Certificate of Analysis - are addressed exclusively in the executed supply agreement or order acknowledgment, not in these Terms.
Limitation of liability
Capped, with the usual exceptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will Magnus InterGlobe or its officers, employees, agents, or licensors be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages - including loss of profits, business opportunity, goodwill, or data - arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the Site, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.
Our aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site itself (separate from any commercial supply relationship) is limited to one hundred United States dollars (US$100). Nothing in this section limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law (for example, liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Indemnification
If you misuse the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold Magnus InterGlobe and its officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any third-party claim, loss, damage, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Site, or (c) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party in connection with your use of the Site.
Export controls & sanctions
Comply with US trade law.
You represent that you are not located in, or a national or resident of, a country subject to comprehensive US trade sanctions, and that you are not listed on any US government list of restricted or denied persons. You agree not to use the Site, or any information obtained from it, in violation of US export-control or sanctions law.
Governing law & dispute resolution
New Jersey law. Federal venue.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
You and Magnus InterGlobe agree that the exclusive forum for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Each party irrevocably consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update this page.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
