Summary
The short version.
Magnus InterGlobe is a business-to-business distributor of food-grade gelatin. We do not sell consumer products through this website, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone other than commercial buyers, suppliers, and the people who work for them. We collect only what is necessary to respond to a commercial inquiry, fulfill an order, or meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
If you submitted an inquiry through this site or sent us an email, your information is held in our customer-relationship records and used to respond to you. We do not sell personal information. We do not run advertising trackers on this website.
Who we are

For the purposes of US state privacy laws and the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation, the data controller is Magnus InterGlobe, headquartered at PO Box 681, Plainsboro, NJ 08536, United States. Reach us at contact@magnusinterglobe.com or +1 (609) 721-0570.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive personal information (government identifiers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, or special-category data under GDPR Article 9).
How we use it
Responding to you and running the relationship.
We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry with a technical match, lead time, and price
- To send Certificates of Analysis, BSE-free declarations, country-of-origin certificates, Halal certificates, and other documentation requested with a shipment or trial
- To negotiate, execute, and administer supply agreements
- To process orders, coordinate logistics, customs clearance, and US-domestic delivery

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects on you.
Legal bases (EU/UK/EEA visitors)
Why we are allowed to process your information.
If you are located in the EU, UK, EEA, or Switzerland, we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR / UK GDPR:
- Consent - when you tick the consent checkbox on the inquiry form
- Contract - to take pre-contract steps at your request, and to perform a contract once one is in place
- Legal obligation - to comply with food-safety, customs, and tax law
- Legitimate interests - to run, secure, and improve our distribution business, balanced against your rights and interests as a business contact
Sharing & third parties
A short, named list.
We share your information only with the parties needed to respond to you or fulfill an order:
- Tianran Biotech (U) Ltd - our manufacturing partner in Jinja, Uganda, when we need to confirm specification, lead time, or coordinate a customer audit
- Freight forwarders, customs brokers, and US warehousing partners - when arranging shipment to your facility
- Our email and website hosting providers - who process information on our behalf under written contracts
- Professional advisors - legal, accounting, and audit firms, where strictly necessary
- Government authorities - where required by law, court order, or to respond to a regulatory request from the US FDA, US Customs and Border Protection, or equivalent authorities
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers.
Cookies & analytics
Minimal, by design.
This website does not run advertising trackers, social-network pixels, or cross-site tracking technology. The site may use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies or local-storage entries to remember the state of the mobile menu, accordion sections, or form drafts in your browser. These are first-party and expire on session close or shortly after.
If we add analytics in the future (for example to count anonymous pageviews), this policy will be updated and, where required, a consent notice will be shown before any non-essential cookie is set.
Data retention
Held only as long as we need it.
Inquiry form submissions and email correspondence are retained for as long as the commercial relationship is active, and then archived for up to seven (7) years to meet US tax, customs, and food-safety record-keeping requirements. Sample-request records and signed supply agreements are retained for the regulated lifespan plus the applicable statute of limitations.
Information from inquiries that do not lead to a commercial relationship is deleted from active systems within twenty-four (24) months, unless you ask us to keep you on file for a longer period.
Security
How we protect it.
We apply commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect business contact information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encrypted transit (TLS), access controls on internal systems, least-privilege role assignment, and regular review of vendor security posture. No security program is perfect; if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.
Your rights
What you can ask us to do.
Depending on where you are located, you may have the following rights with respect to information we hold about you:
- Access - request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction - ask us to correct inaccurate or out-of-date information
- Deletion - ask us to delete information, subject to our legal record-keeping obligations
- Portability - receive a copy of information you provided to us in a structured, commonly-used format
- Objection & restriction - object to, or restrict, certain processing (EU/UK/EEA)
- Withdraw consent - withdraw consent at any time where consent was the legal basis
- Opt out of "sales" or "sharing" - California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other US-state residents. We do not "sell" personal information as defined by these laws, and we do not engage in cross-context behavioral advertising
- Non-discrimination - we will not deny service, charge different prices, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised a privacy right
To exercise any of these rights, email contact@magnusinterglobe.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity (typically by replying to the email address we have on file for you) and respond within the timeframe required by applicable law - generally 45 days under US state privacy laws and 30 days under GDPR. EU and UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
Children
Not a children's service.
Magnus InterGlobe is a business-to-business ingredient distributor. This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, please contact us so we can delete it.
International transfers
Where your information may travel.
Magnus InterGlobe is based in the United States; our manufacturing partner is in Uganda. If you contact us from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US and may be shared with Tianran Biotech in Uganda for the purposes described in this policy. Where required by GDPR or UK GDPR, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or your explicit consent as a transfer mechanism.
Changes to this policy
How updates are communicated.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated by email to active commercial contacts where we hold a valid address, and posted on this page at least 14 days before they take effect.
