Magnus InterGlobe supplies Indian food, nutraceutical and capsule manufacturers with Tianran Biotech bovine skin gelatin, under its distribution rights for India. Orders ship directly from Tianran's plant in Jinja, Uganda, to your port - with the full certificate set your QA team needs for vendor qualification and FSSAI import clearance.
One thing to know up front: Indian orders do not ship from our US warehouse. The US stock, domestic US delivery and FDA/FSVP support described elsewhere on this site apply to US orders only.
You buy from Magnus InterGlobe; the gelatin ships from the plant that made it. One manufacturer, one country of origin, one specification book - and no intermediate warehouse between Jinja and your port.
Gelatin imported into India is regulated as a food article under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006, and clears through FSSAI at the port. These are the documents the importer of record and your vendor-qualification file will ask for - most are free to download now.
The complete set, with expiry dates, is in the documentation centre. Certificates of origin and veterinary/health certificates are issued per shipment.
220 Bloom in 40 mesh; 250 Bloom in 20 or 40 mesh. Light yellow, ≥84% protein, BSE-free, Halal. Tested to GB 6783-2013 and US 2127:2019.
The full range on contract specification, including grades to tightened microbiological and heavy-metal limits for nutraceutical and capsule work.
Not pharmacopoeial. The gelatin is not certified to Indian Pharmacopoeia (IP), USP, EP/Ph. Eur. or NF monographs. If your formulation requires an IP-grade certificate, we are not the right source today. Full specifications are on the products page; application guidance for capsules, gummies and nutraceuticals.
For procurement and QA teams qualifying an imported bovine gelatin source.
Tell us your Bloom and mesh target, annual volume, and destination port. We will reply with a technical match, the current certificate set, and terms for direct shipment from Uganda.
